Applicant Tracking Systems scan resumes for keywords, structure, and parseable formatting. ATS-optimized means your resume uses the right phrases from the job description, has clean section headers, and avoids elements (tables, multi-column layouts, images) that confuse the parser. We score every draft against the posting and surface what is missing.
How is ReframeCV different from ChatGPT?
